If you follow everything in sequence, you should have your basic questions answered by reading the articles to the left and our Bare Facts.We're not about to purport that by adopting a different lifestyle such as this or modifying your current one to blend with something new that your life will be magically transformed. That is what is within you, for it is your decision, your choice to make changes in your life. We all have built comfort zones around us, and let's face it, when we get very comfortable with how we conduct our life, to change there is resistance.

There is nothing new about the naked body, not since Mankind began. We have grown into one of the more complex mechanism on this Earth. With that growth, however, there has been spirit lost and in some cases the loss to be ourselves. Embracing body freedom releases us from the everyday bindings that we tie so much of our life to. We get caught up in the acceptance of what we appear to be that we lose track of who we really are. Nudism removes those boundaries and puts us all on an equal footing.
